EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

If you have an emergency or last minute service
(service within the next 24 hours):

1. Call the office at 214-828-0192.

2. Press 2 for the main menu.

3. Press 5 (the emergency box)

4. Leave your message with your phone number.

5. Hang up and someone will be paged.

Someone is on call 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
If you do not receive a response within an hour, please call back. Very rarely our system will fail and we want to insure that we contact you. NEVER assume we get your message.
Again if you do not receive a response, you must call back.

WHAT CONSTITUTES AN EMERGENCY

If you need service to begin in less than 24 hours.
If you call on a holiday or weekend and need service
within 48 hours.
Office Hours:
Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm
Saturday from 10am to 1pm
If you need to get a message to or in contact with your sitter immediately.
If you are locked out and need us to bring you a key.
Any reason you may need a response immediately.

WHAT WE WILL DO IN AN EMERGENCY

If your sitter encounters a pet or home emergency:

1. Your sitter will contact a supervisor who is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2. We then will try to reach you at the trip contact number(s) that you have provided.

3. If we are unable to contact you we will try to reach your emergency contact person on file.

4. If we are unable to reach anyone, we will decide on the appropriate action to be taken to protect and care for your pet and home.

If it is deemed a health emergency for your pet, we will contact your vet or an emergency clinic and transport your pet if needed.

EVEN PET SITTERS HAVE EMERGENCIES

OUR GUARANTEE:

We guarantee that should our sitter or sitter's vehicle become incapacitated while your service is in progress, another one of our professional pet sitters will complete your service. We also guarantee that if you are delayed or unsure of your return date we will continue to take care of your pet(s) and home until you return.
